I am a long distance buyer, and so it was a risk by both parties. Khani's unrelenting commitment to her clients drives her incredibly productive work ethic. Once she learned what I was seeking to find, she utilized her extensive fund of knowledge to capitalize on a few select properties of interest. If she wasn't immediately available, she had one of her valuable team members (Simon) to be present, as time is of the essence in the Austin market. Within two months, I had a contract on the perfect house! She didn't hesitate to submit the specified offers, arranged for all inspections, and had contractors on site to give estimates for renovations to confirm the total out of pocket would still be in budget with no major surprises. For instance, a unique and beautiful website to market your home and advertising your home in markets outside of Austin. They also spent a lot of time marketing and showing our home with open houses on the weekend - something that was far more productive than I ever expected it to be. Khani knows well the different neighborhoods in the greater Austin area and saved us precious time by directing and focussing our search to areas and homes that fit our search criteria and that would "feel" right to us. She spent two days with us on our only joint trip to Austin and regularly followed up with us after we left. She expertly and patiently guided us through the purchase, inspection and escrow process which is significantly different from that in California. Perhaps the best way to sum up our feelings is that we consider Khani to be a friend and someone we want to spend time with.
