Born and raised in Midland, Texas, Khani was always a natural-born leader and creative soul. She earned a bachelor’s in fine arts from the University of Texas at Austin and proceeded to teach dance and choreography for 20 years while also launching a clothing brand, producing several variety shows, teaching yoga, and even operating a globally recognized, star-studded tattoo shop in Los Angeles for 16 years.

Though she was always drawn to real estate, Khani didn’t officially become a consultant until 2016, after an eye-opening conversation with a friend who helped her realize she could convert her interest into a full-blown career. From there, she leveraged the production, business, and customer service skills developed in her previous jobs to craft a customized and elevated experience as an agent. Today, Khani flawlessly executes home acquisitions, sales, and development and renovation projects that lead to profitable results.

 Highly communicative and people-oriented, Khani features a nationwide network of professionals to refer to her clients while patiently educating and guiding them through the challenging process. Her one-of-a-kind efforts don’t go unnoticed — in 2022 alone, Khani won 16th place in the number of transactions and 38th place in transaction volume in the REAL Trends + Tom Ferry America’s Best, an elite list that honors the best agents nationwide.

 Khani is actively invested in her community, currently serving as president of the board of directors of Andrea Ariel Dance Theater and donating regularly to local nonprofits. When she’s not helping her clients through life-changing transitions, Khani enjoys working out, adding to her closet, spending time with her husband and their two chihuahuas, and indulging in craft cocktails.
